Any non urgent maintenance must be reported through the Agency in writing. Once you have reported an issue, Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate Pty Ltd will seek the Landlords instructions. Corowa Rutherglen Real Estate Pty Ltd will arrange the relevant Tradesperson to attend, or alternatively advise you of any other outcome. If you do not hear from the tradesperson within a reasonable time frame please ensure you contact the office, if we are not made aware that the relevant tradesperson has not attended we can not follow this up. If a tradesperson is called out and no problem is found or the cause of the problem is from misuse of equipment or you have failed to attend at the agreed appointment time then you may be responsible for the service charge, cost to rectify the damage or both.
